Director of Catering
Fabienne's life experiences and environment have molded her to be a perfect fit in the food & beverage industry. Originally born in the tenacious country of Haiti, she journeyed to Connecticut to pursue the American dream. After moving to South Florida in 2003, she studied Criminal Justice at the University of Phoenix and would later earn a Bachelor's of Science degree. While pursuing her degree, she worked as a server at different well-established venues, as a means to support her family. Her passion for the field quickly blossomed as she soon worked her way up to Banquet Captain, Assistant Catering Director, Special Events Manager and eventually Catering Sales Director. Fabienne has fulfilled the demanding role of Catering Director for almost a decade now and has done so with exceptional service and grace. Her keen eye for details, ability to execute, and ability to deliver world class customer service, has been the cornerstone for her to meet the expectations of her clients. The catering industry is always changing and with Fabienneís adaptive instinctís and years of experience, she stays informed and follows the latest industry trends. Her creativity for catering reignited, when she accepted her current role as a Catering Director for the Club at Boca Pointe. She is committed to incorporating her passion for food and wine into luxury catering for all her future clients.
