When I first began my adventure with fitness, I was anything but the picture of health. I was overweight and over it. A good friend of mine lost a ton of weight and I was determined to follow her lead. I took my first spin class and thought ďhow cool would it be to teach classes.Ē That was 16 years ago. In the past 16 years I received several fitness certifications and lost over 100 pounds! Teaching classes was always something I did on the side while maintaining a full- time career. Seven years ago, I went full time into the fitness world of personal training and teaching classes. In 2019, I became the Fitness Manager here at Boca Pointe. I care deeply about my members and clients and thereís nothing of more value to me than helping somebody go through an experience that makes them happy, confident, and strong. I realize how being overweight affects many aspects of your life, and I want to be there for you and help you discover the benefits and joys of personal training and fitness classes that helped me become the person I am today. Iím here to be your personal guide on every step of the journey. I am passionate about helping others- thatís adults and children too! Iím a mom and a foster mom so I know how to juggle a busy life. I canít wait to help you achieve success at reaching your goals.
