My name is Kristin Franklin, and I handle all of the events for Gemaire Distributors. I just wanted to take the time to let you know that Emily did a fabulous job with our event on June 13th. She was very professional, accommodating and patient with my changes and her advice on moving the cocktail hour and dinner to the same room was perfect! I have a lot on my plate right now and she took all of the stress out of it for me.
People always take the time to complain about things, but rarely take the time to give credit where credit is due. Emily is an asset to Boca Pointe, and I appreciated all of her hard work to make our event a success!

I wanted to thank you for helping make Jake’s party just wonderful. Working with you was a pleasure. I so appreciated your honesty! I'm still getting compliments from guests about how good the food and service was. I wish I could have enjoyed the food….too busy with ceremonies and mingling with guests. I know it was all delicious. I did make sure and have the chocolate! It was a great display. Thanks again for coordinating everything so carefully so that each activity ran seamlessly into the next. Everyone commented with how Boca Pointe did an awesome job.

I can’t begin to tell you how wonderful everything was Thursday Evening for Joe’s special Passover Seder. The staff outdid themselves- the table was beautiful, the food was great and Ann and her helper couldn’t do enough. Please extend to all including Emily and Kim my kudos for a job well done!

The celebration of Bernie’s 90th Birthday was a huge success. Everyone joined in the festivities and raved about the food, the service and the wait staff you supplied.
Thanks to Emily everything worked out beautifully. Her patience and willingness to help were outstanding. Please convey our personal thanks to her. Ian, Nivi, and Teddy were always on hand to see that our guests wanted for nothing. Looking back in retrospect we can’t think of anything that wasn’t done to make it a most memorable event.

I felt compelled to write to you after having my daughter’s wedding at Boca Pointe, Saturday March 28th. There was NOTHING that could have been better! Your Catering Manager Emily was an integral part of making this event run as smoothly as it did. She provided guidance every step of the way, never saying “no” to any request I made. Where there was a slight medical “emergency” and a guest was choking, Emily took care of it quickly and professionally, never interrupting the party or the other guests. Frankly, she is amazing! Your staff was wonderful, and the food was superb and plentiful. Thank you for providing us with a terrific venue for the wedding.

Hi, my name is Jennifer and I just had the pleasure of having my wedding at Boca Pointe on November 8th. We have been planning since March and I have to say that the night could not have been more perfect. Everything was PERFECT! Our friends and family have not stopped raving about everything from the band to the wine, the service and especially the food! I have to compliment you on your staff from the valets to the servers, bartenders, to the chef and most of all Emily. Wow! Is all we can say. She made us feel so at ease. We would call or email with a question and not even 5 minutes later she would get back to us. Nothing was a problem. If we had a request it was taken care of immediately with no questions asked. My mom is very particular and has hosted many elegant affairs, but we can tell you that we have never experienced a catering director like Emily. She is sure to go very far in the hospitality industry! Thanks for making our wedding a day we truly will never forget.

Hi. I want to thank you again for a fabulous party. Everyone had a fantastic time. The kids had the time of their lives. They didn’t want to leave. The adults raved about the food. They said it was outstanding. So many people told me the Chilean Sea Bass was the best fish they had ever eaten in their lives. The beef was tender and delicious too. Unfortunately I don’t have any more Bar/Bat Mitzvahs but there’s always Rachel’s wedding!!!! (in a few years I hope)
