The Club at Boca Pointe’s Athletics Center staff provides superior instruction for a variety of 75 weekly classes, from aerobics to Pilates and yoga, for all fitness levels. Our instructors teach classes to increase strength, improve flexibility and enhance cardiovascular endurance.
