As Executive Chef at the Club at Boca Pointe, I take personal pride in creating and showcasing the food for your special event. My goal is that your guests’ conversations about the breathtaking food presentation are only surpassed by their ravings about how delicious it is.  

 

The Club at Boca Pointe is unique in that we make almost everything from scratch right here in our kitchens using the freshest seasonal ingredients. We make everything from homemade stocks and sauces to warm, crusty breads. We even butcher our own cuts of meat and fish on-site.  Our pastry chef sets an impeccable standard of artistry and attention to detail with jaw-dropping wedding cakes and irresistible desserts.
